Flock module<\/strong><\/p>\n

The flocking module is used for flocking horizontally lying and plane workpieces and textiles.<\/p>\n

Here, the integration with a screen printing carousel is ideal. The flocking is automatically triggered by a control signal and forwarded via the squeegee arm of the screen printing machine. After the dosing and high-voltage time has elapsed, the flocking process is automatically terminated. With the FM all flock types and textiles can be flocked.<\/p>\n

The flock modules are available in different sizes, which makes it possible to flock textiles of any size.
\nHere, the flock modules start at a size of 130-330 mm and end at 1100 mm. Beyond that, individual constructions are possible.<\/p>\n

With the stand-alone control unit FM CU 50\/ 1100 in a separate cabinet, the flocking module is controlled via a high-voltage cable.
\nand thus offers sufficient mobility and flexibility. Here, the flock dosing and high voltage time are digitally selectable. The flock module is equipped with a pneumatic control for an ideal movement of the dosing brush.<\/p>\n

The flock box is integrated into the printing machine by means of a universally applicable holding device, without any modifications being necessary.<\/p>\n

The combination with the screen printing carousel enables multi-colour flocking as well as precise flocking for sharp edges.<\/p>\n

As an accessory, the loading trolley enables you to load and move the flock module easily.<\/p>\n
