In order to achieve the prescribed adhesive pre-curing time of approx. 2 minutes, a total of four cycles are used for infrared drying.
The drying rack is equipped with a separate mobile machine frame. The IR radiator system is adapted to the flocking area of the parts. The IR emitters can be manually adjusted to the desired height of the part. The module is equipped with a safety cover that can be permanently pulled out.
