Flock table 

The flocking table FT was developed for ergonomic and efficient working with the HEK as well as MiniFlock. The size of the flocking table can be individually adjusted between 800 and 2400 cm to the respective working requirements. The flocking table is used for safe grounding of the products, quality assurance of the flock image, has a residual flock catcher and is compatible with the Dustomat 160 S. The basic equipment consists of the flock table, the flock collection container and weights for weight compensation.

The work surface is 1000 x 800 mm and shielded on three sides. The working height is 800 mm. A grid-shaped work support lets the excess flock fall into a round hopper with an outlet opening of 250 mm Ø. By avoiding corners and edges, the table is easy to clean when changing flock colours. The flock is collected in a 30 l flock collection container and can be reused. The holder device with weight compensation for the applicator makes work much easier.
