Profile flocking machine Maag PF Standard 3

Our profile flocking machine Maag PF Standard 3 is fully automatic and the heart of the plant, which consists of two brush dosing units, with which speeds of up to 30 m/min are realized. The semi-automatic program selection allows the setting and monitoring of height, dosing speed, high voltage, distance to the workpiece, temperature and humidity during the process. The selection of these parameters is selectively managed and controlled by a control panel.

Product description

Profile flocking machine Maag PF Standard 3

The machine concept is designed for professional flocking. The 3 individual machines are controlled by a central control cabinet and all process parameters are entered and read at the machine. The individual design allows a separate and individual adjustment of the different influencing factors. The flock is fed to the central flock supply hopper and the bad flock is sorted out by a vibrating screen. The filling level of the plant is monitored by sensors which send a signal to the operator when the lower limit is reached. Here, the unique exhaust air concept can achieve maximum performance for the customer.

The unique design of the profile flocking system and compliance with the strictest Artex standards enables the system to be awarded the flocking standard 50223. In accordance with the standard, Maag Flock supplies you with profile flocking in compliance with quality assurance and occupational health and safety measures. The flock storage container enables central filling of the system, whereby the three units are supplied with tempered flock via a flock collection container.

Summary

The fully automatic profile flocking machine Maag PF Standard 3.0 is designed for inline flocking of extruded continuous profiles.

Consisting of:

  • Two separate units which consist of a brush unit with intermediate cleaning, brush unit incl. electro-pneumatic flock unit with final cleaning and a central flock storage container with integrated filter unit as well as control cabinet.
  • The first brush unit has an automatic height adjustment with an 800mm long brush equipped with two counter electrodes, as well as the air regulation flaps and an intermediate cleaning. The unit also has its own high voltage generator.
  • The second unit consists of a brush unit with automatic height adjustment with an 800mm long brush, which is equipped with two counter-electrodes, as well as the air regulation flaps and a high-voltage generator. Furthermore, an electro-pneumatic unit with a motor and two nozzles is installed in the machine frame, as well as a high-voltage generator. At the end there is a powerful cleaning unit with flock recirculation. The other half of the machine frame consists of a central flock storage container from which all machines are supplied with new flock. The unit sucks all machine racks and separates the flock by means of cyclones and rotary valves in order to bring it back into the circuit by means of a vibrating sieve and bad flock screening. During this process, the container is monitored by a level sensor and moved by shaker shafts. The air then passes through a two-stage filter system. The central control cabinet is also integrated in the machine frame and controls the machine.
  • The units are connected to a pipe system and can be self-assembled by means of labelling and remote maintenance module.

Under optimum conditions, the machine is designed for production speeds of up to 25m/min laid out.

Packing: The units are packed on two sturdy wooden pallets for overseas transportation and shrink-wrapped in aluminum foil.

The Plus variant: Profile flocking machine Maag PF Standard PLUS 3

The fully automatic profile flocking machine Maag Standard PLUS 3 is designed for inline flocking of extruded continuous profiles.

Consisting of:

  • Two separate units which consist of a brush unit with intermediate cleaning, brush unit incl. electro-pneumatic flock unit with final cleaning and a central flock storage container with integrated filter unit as well as control cabinet.
  • The first brush unit has an automatic height adjustment with a 1000mm long brush equipped with two counter electrodes and the quick clamping system, as well as the air regulation flaps and an intermediate cleaning. The unit also has its own high voltage generator.
  • The second unit consists of a brush unit with automatic height adjustment with a 1000mm long brush, equipped with two counter electrodes and the quick clamping system, as well as the air regulation flaps and a high voltage generator. Furthermore, an electro-pneumatic unit with two motors and four nozzles is installed in the machine frame, as well as a high-voltage generator. During this process, the container is monitored by a level sensor and moved by crusher shafts. The air then passes through a two-stage filter system.
