Surface flocking machine

Surface flocking is used for the professional refinement and protection of surfaces through flocking. ABS and polystyrene panels, wood and hardboard panels, metal panels as well as PVC blanks and other materials can be flocked.

The flocking takes place with a set constant web speed, the cabin is under negative pressure to ensure a seal and thus minimize the flock carryover. Due to the modular design, the single-surface flocking unit can be individually adapted and constructed according to the customer's requirements. The central collection tank is used for the return of the flock, which results in a flock recycling.

The flocking machine consists of and can be extended at any time:

• Machine housing in sectional steel design
• Front maintenance door, swivelling and electrically protected
• Plexiglas panels on 3 sides, locked with quick release fasteners, removable
• Machine frame in funnel shape for collecting the surplus flake
• Collection of the excess flock via motor-driven spiral shaft
• Ceiling mounting kit for pneumatic flock conveyor HB 201 on flocking machine frame
• 1 Pneumatic flock conveyor HB 201 with integrated control.
• Piping on suction side from machine frame hopper to HB 201 and delivery hose from HB 201 to metering box.

• Height adjustment of the dosing box via three-phase drive
• Control via control unit mounted on the front of the machine frame with up/down function
