Cabin flocculator KFG
The cabin flocking unit KFG works purely electrostatically and leads to a very dense and uniform surface of the flock due to the upward rising flocking. The cabin is suitable for flocking three-dimensional parts.
The flocking material is applied to the grounded cabin floor and transported upwards by switching on the high voltage and integrated into the surface provided with adhesive. This flocking process makes the KFG suitable for mobile and fast flocking. The KFG is particularly distinguished by its ability to flock shaped parts and can be customized and expanded to meet your needs.
In order to enable ergonomic and efficient working with the KFG, the Flock table FT developed. Due to its dimensions, it offers an optimal working space for flocking. In addition to ergonomic advantages due to the extension of the KFG, the design of the cabin due to its sliding door allows you to easily clean and maintain the machine.
The combination of the hand flaker HEK and the cabin flocking device KFG offers a universally applicable flocking device.
