Flat flaker
The flat flocker is suitable for flocking horizontally lying and flat textiles. It is operated in connection with the screen printing carousel, whereby the flat flocker can function in manual or automatic mode. In the manual mode the flocking processes are started and stopped manually. The automatic mode enables the flocking start by electrical impulses, which end automatically after a predefined period of time.
Automatic mode
The automated flocking is regulated and activated by means of a timer via the individual input of the time period in the high voltage at the perforated plate screen insert as well as in the movement of the dosing brush.
Carouselattachment
The carousel system triggers the electrical impulse as soon as a workpiece carrier is positioned under the dosing container.
Foot switch
By pressing the foot switch, an electrical impulse can be triggered for the operation of the flat flaker and thus the flocking start and end can be regulated.
