The MULF duct humidifier humidifies with the aid of an ultrasonic technique. With this type of humidification, the water is atomised into the smallest aerosols (1µm) by ultrasonic oscillations. At maximum output, only a minimum of energy is required. Compared to classic steam humidifiers, the MULF direct humidifier achieves an energy saving of up to 93 %. The humidifier is infinitely variable from 0 - 100%, condensate-free and can be used both as a stand-alone unit and in an existing air-conditioning solution.

The MULF duct humidifier is available in different versions:

• MULF K1: up to 400 m³/h, humidification capacity: 3.6 l/h, power 185 VA, voltage 48 V / 50 Hz, incl. Aquadrain, duct dimension: 500 x 500 x 1500 mm
• MULF K2: up to 700 m³/h, humidification capacity: 7.2 l/h, power 375 VA, voltage 48 V / 50 Hz, incl. Aquadrain, duct dimensions: 500 x 650 x 1500 mm
• MULF K3: up to 1100 m³/h, humidification capacity: 10.8 l/h, power 555 VA, voltage 48 V / 50 Hz, incl. Aquadrain, duct dimensions: 500 x 800 x 1500 mm
• MULF K4: up to 1400 m³/h, humidification capacity: 14.4 l/h, power 735 VA, voltage 48 V / 50 Hz, incl. Aquadrain, duct dimensions: 500 x 950 x 1500 mm

During the flocking process, air humidification serves to create the optimum room climate and the appropriate conditions during the flocking process.
