This adhesive application station consists of a stable machine frame with integrated workpiece plate holder and an automatic adhesive tray feed. The actual adhesive tray can be changed in a user-friendly way. The filling of this tub with adhesive takes place at a separate workstation. The operator then places the filled adhesive tray back into the adhesive application unit and loads the machine with a workpiece plate.
Program-controlled, the adhesive trough is raised by means of a linear unit until the workpieces are immersed in the adhesive to the desired depth. The adhesive trough is then automatically lowered again and the workpiece plate removed by hand.
All operating elements are installed in a control panel, which is mounted on the side of the station.
The entire unit is enclosed below the working level and provided with a suction connection for exhaust air.
