The TSC T-shirt cleaner is used for cleaning textiles, such as T-shirts, after flocking in order to explicitly extract and collect the residual flock.

The TSC T-Shirt Cleaner is a sustainable cleaning device for textiles, based on the mechanism for accumulation and recycling of the residual flock. With the T-Shirt Cleaner, T-shirts and other textiles can be cleaned quickly and with high quality after the flocking process. The automatic feed enables comfortable and effective work during cleaning.
The filter bag serves to accumulate the particles in the air flow. To extract residual flock, the respective textile is inserted into the feed opening of the TSC and held with the hands.
The air flow in the suction chamber causes the textile to flutter and the non-adhering residual flock is shaken off and recycled in the collection bag.
The scraper brushes allow, as an integrated brush strip, an additional scraping of the textile to remove the residual flock.
