Mini Flock
With the Mini Flock, Maag Flock offers you a hand-held flocking device for entry-level flocking technology up to small series production. The Mini Flock is available in different sets, whereby you can decide from the starter set to profile flocking with complete equipment. The high quality workmanship and higher power output with power supply of 70 kV enables you to operate and flock your product precisely. With the different applicators in the size of Ø = 60 / 120 / 160 mm, the Mini Flock offers you a wide range for the flocking of different products. On the basis of the different mesh sizes of the sieves, the classification into coarse and fine flocking can be made. The Mini Flock is mainly used for sample and small series flocking.
The built-in generator produces approx. 70 kV high voltage, which, however, is absolutely harmless due to the current limitation to 0.15 mA. It can be operated by battery (3 high power mono cells 1.5 V) or by means of a power supply unit (for 230 and 110 V). The operating time of the batteries is approx. 5 hours. The voltage decreases by approx. 5 kV per working hour.
