The pre-cleaning unit is used for the pre-treatment and cleaning of workpieces to be flocked, e.g. glove boxes.
Moulding pre-cleaning unit
The pre-cleaning cabin and the pre-cleaning nozzle units are identical in construction and movement to the units of a flocking station.
It essentially consists of a compact machine housing with a cleaning station attached to the flocking station. The outlet of the pre-cleaning cabin can be closed by a pneumatically operated bulkhead door with safety edge. The cleaning devices in the booth are designed for a cyclic passage of the overhead conveyor transport device with holders that can be loaded on both sides.
The cleaning station is equipped with 2 x 2 nozzle units (for the left and right workpiece), each containing a vertically movable and swivelling nozzle holder to accommodate a maximum of 4 blowing nozzles (slot nozzles).
During the cleaning process, the nozzles are moved up and down pneumatically and swivelled at the same time. The movement paths and speeds are individually adjustable.
The cleaning blow air is generated by a central medium pressure blower.
