The RPG 1000 sieve is used to check the flowability of the flock fibre to be tested by means of the flowability tester.
According to the official test, two different sieve cylinders with stainless steel mesh can be used for the RPG 1000 pourability tester.
If required, finer and coarser sieves can be supplied for other types of flock, please contact the Maag service from Maag Flock GmbH.
The RPG is used to measure the flowability of the flock, which allows conclusions to be drawn about its dosing behaviour in the production plant.
The sieves are attached to the turntable by means of magnetic clamps. This makes it very easy to fill in the flock to be tested (20 g per sample), and the sieves can also be changed easily.
